In our collaboration with Simon Property Group, the exterior facades have been redesigned to accommodate a new luxury row of tenants such as Dior, Balenciaga, Versace, Burberry, The Webster, and a Louis Vuitton store expansion. Our work included updating the building exteriors and remodeling lease spaces. We also redesigned the public restrooms for water use reduction, additional amenities for families and nursing mothers, and beautiful, durable finishes and fixtures.

We have completed a luxury fashion store design for The Webster and the WA Salon at The Domain.

The facade redesign provided larger areas for tenant finishes, so we were tasked with supplementing the tenant facade lighting with path and building lighting.

While at CM Architecture, Steve and Angela completed this multi-phase interior and exterior mall renovation. Tenant occupancy was increased as a result of new entries and signage, redesign of interior lighting and finishes, and new amenities including a dining pavilion.

SJE ARCHitects has recently completed several code and leasing studies for the Mall, and we are proud to continue serving the Mall and their tenants for over 13 years.

Steve and Angela have completed multiple projects at this Simon Property Group regional mall including a renovated dining pavilion (pictured), new public restrooms, vertical transportation, common area furnishings, and tenant finish-outs.
