While at CM Architecture, Steve and Angela completed this multi-phase interior and exterior mall renovation. Tenant occupancy was increased as a result of new entries and signage, redesign of interior lighting and finishes, and new amenities including a dining pavilion.

SJE ARCHitects has recently completed several code and leasing studies for the Mall, and we are proud to continue serving the Mall and their tenants for over 8 years.

Steve and Angela have completed multiple projects at this Simon Property Group regional mall including a renovated dining pavilion (pictured), new public restrooms, vertical transportation, common area furnishings, and tenant finish-outs.

This strategic interior remodel focused on customer touch points including high end public restrooms with family rooms and a private nursing mother’s room, improved lighting, improved vertical circulation, and added amenities at the food court. As a result of the remodel, the mall was successful in relocating the local community college campus into 25,000 SF of lease space that Steve and Angela designed while at CM Architecture.
